1- Supervision and receipt of the books and other materials.
2- Inspect the books and materials and submit report to the director.
3- Keeping the goods inside the warehouse.
4- Preserving the materials inside the warehouse and other damaged items.
5- Arranging and classifying the objects inside the warehouse and raising it to the director.
6- Supervising the exchange and shipment of books and other materials inside the warehouse and raising it to the director.
7- Inventory of the warehouse and submit copies to the Dean and the Director.
8- Responsible for the warehouse in full (keys, maintenance, cleanliness etc.)
9- Maintain the records, minutes, schedules and cards necessary for the proper and orderly conduct of work.
